Wear the 2018 navy blue polo if you have it

3:00 pm: Check-in time for Thursday arrivals/Hospitality room opens

3:00 pm - 6:00 pm: FREE TIME (See ‘Wilmington Attractions’ sheet)

6:00 pm - 7:00 pm: Sandwiches &. Snacks available in Hospitality Room

8:00 pm - 9:30 pm: OPTIONAL: Group Excursion to see 9:00 pm fireworks. Meet at 8:00 pm

9:45 pm - 12 Midnight: Hospitality Room available for games, etc.

Friday, July 7th

Wear your favorite tee from ANY prior year

6:00 am - 9:30 am: Complimentary Hotel Breakfast available for Thursday arrivals

10:00 am - 6:00 pm: FREE TIME (See ‘Wilmington Attractions’ sheet)

2:30 pm - Close: City information and T-shirt pickup available in the Hospitality Room

3:00 pm: Check-in time for Friday arrivals

4:30 pm - 7:30 pm: Family Picnic hosted by MIles Siler. Location and directions available in Hospitality Room (Address: Ogden Park, 615 Ogden Park Dr, Wilmington, NC. 38411)

8:00 pm - 9:30 pm: OPTIONAL: Group Excursion - Perpetual Family Bowling Tournament

10:00 pm - Close: Games and Fellowship in Hospitality Room

Saturday, July 8th

Wear the current tee starting at 7:00 pm for the Family Photo

6:00 am - 10:00 am: Complimentary Hotel Breakfast available for Friday arrivals

10:00 am - 11:00 am: T-Shirts available

10:30 am - 11:30 am: Mindfulness & Meditation

1:00 pm - 4:00 pm: OPTIONAL: Group Excursion - Join the family for a fun time at the Beach! Meet in the Lobby. Bus Leaves at 1PM

1:00 pm - 6:00 pm: ALTERNATE FREE TIME - See ‘Wilmington Attractions’ sheet or enjoy the hotel pool or fitness center

6:55 pm - 7:00 pm: Family Group Photo - PLEASE BE ON TIME! Meet in the Hotel Lobby no later than 7:00 pm

7:15 pm: Family Dinner at The Davis Community:

10:00 am - 10:30 am: Review of Plans for 2024 in Las Vegas, NV (Check out time is 11:00 am)
